888 Horsemen Group Inc. and MJC Investments Corp., operator of Winford Resorts and Casino Manila, are revolutionizing the local luxury gaming scene with the launch of the city’s first and only junket and VIP club.
The club will feature high-stakes gaming tables, state-of-the-art electronic gaming machines, and exclusive VIP lounges for elite players.
The two companies formalized their partnership on March 18, 2025 with the signing of a memorandum of agreement. The new VIP gaming operations will be strategically positioned at Winford’s main concourse, offering an exclusive experience for premium players.
According to their executives, the contract signing solidifies a collaboration aimed at enhancing VIP gaming experiences, expanding high-stakes gaming opportunities, as well as attracting global and local premium players to Winford Resorts and Casino.
The partnership will also boost Winford Resort & Casino’s VIP gaming segment, drive tourism, and elevate the overall casino experience in the country, while redefining the overall gaming landscape in the region.

Officials from both companies who witnessed the signing ceremony were led by MJC Investments Corp.’s chair Atty. EJ Labro and Mr. Bal Fonacier. The gentlemen underscored both organizations’ commitment to delivering unparalleled entertainment and luxury gaming services.
The transformation of Winford’s third and fourth floors into an elite gaming hub is already underway. With a soft opening planned for May, VIP guests can soon indulge in Manila’s most luxurious gaming experience.
