Adventure seekers and nature lovers, get ready for an exciting new experience in Batangas. The Montemaria Miracle Walk, a glass walkway offering thrilling heights and stunning vistas, is set to open in Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City.
This first-of-its-kind attraction is made of three-inch-thick glass and stands 135 meters above ground. Spanning 118 meters in length and 30 meters in width, the walkway invites visitors to enjoy a unique combination of exhilaration and panoramic views.
Guests will be treated to breathtaking sights, including Batangas Bay, the Verde Island Passage Marine Biodiversity Center, and the scenic expanse of the Montemaria International Pilgrimage and Conference Center.
Montemaria is also home to the Mother of All Asia - Tower of Peace, the tallest statue of the Virgin Mary in the world, standing at an impressive 98.15 meters. Plans are underway to expand the pilgrimage center with additional attractions such as hotels, a marine museum, a rosary trek, and residential units to accommodate both tourists and pilgrims.
The Montemaria Miracle Walk’s opening date and ticket prices have yet to be finalized. However, reports suggest it is expected to welcome visitors before Christmas 2024, with entrance fees ranging from ₱250 to ₱350.
Conveniently located just a two to three-hour drive from Metro Manila, Montemaria promises to be a must-visit destination for those looking for adventure, spiritual renewal, or simply a serene getaway.
