Bulacan and its ongoing developments

Bulacan is expected to rise as a major growth area in northern Luzon with the completion of big-ticket infrastructure projects such as the North Luzon Expressway (Nlex) Connector, North-South Commuter Railway, and the Central Luzon Link Expressway. These projects will be complemented by the completion of the New Manila International Airport, another airport near Clark City.

In addition to these projects, there are also other infrastructure projects being prioritized by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) such as road widening.

As for commercial developments, Ayala Land Inc. is set to develop a 45-hectare property in San Jose del Monte City into a mixed-use estate called Altaraza. Megaworld Corp. is also developing a 35-hectare property in San Miguel into a mixed-use township called Capital Town.

Northwind Global City is Megaworld’s 85-hectare integrated township community located in between Marilao and Bocaue, Bulacan. It is located just 20 kilometers north of Metro Manila along North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) 2 and is set to become Bulacan’s first-ever metropolitan hub for business and lifestyle. It will have its themed commercial district, high-rise residential condominiums, hotels, and mixed-use developments.

The Ayala also has its Avida Parkfield Settings Pulilan, a house and lot residential development strategically located in Pulilan, Bulacan.

With these developments, sure enough, there will be more investors that will establish their businesses in the province.
