As the month of March celebrates the women, it’s time to take things to the next level. The 12th N.E.W. (Network for Enterprising Women) Annual Women Entrepreneurs Conference provides an avenue for both aspiring and established women in business to learn from the best… and that’s from each other. On March 2, 2019, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, women entrepreneurs are invited at the Makati Sports Club to answer the call of taking things in the business world a notch higher.
With the tagline “Taking the Next Level”, the conference encourages women to step up their game and to hit the home run in the challenging world of business. N.E.W. believes women, especially when they work together and support each other, have the ability to lead and innovate business landscapes.
This year, a full line-up of speakers from a wide array of industries will share their skills, experiences and knowledge for a collaborative and holistic learning session:
Arlette Alvarado, CEO of Scarlet Enterprise, will tackle the world of manufacturing and product development, “Concept to Product”. Her experience, both in the business and cosmetic field in the past years, guided her to successfully navigate through the beauty and skincare industry.
Aliw Del Rosario, Founder and Integrator of Organic Alley, will discuss “The Retail Reality,” the ins and outs of the retail industry for small and medium enterprises (SME). She is a graduate of Mass Communications from Miriam College, and is currently taking up her Masters in Management at the University of the Philippines Baguio.
Koko Tamura, COO of Write On Track, will share online brand building hacks, “Leaving Digital Brand Footprints.” With over 10 years of experiences in public relations, content marketing, media, and events management, this De La Salle University alumnus and currently a Masters in Marketing Communication student handles three companies: a PR and Events Agency, a Travel Agency and a Real Estate Brokerage firm.
Faye Marie Arellano-Martinez, Managing Director of AQA Group of Companies, will touch on “The Business of Family and Friends.” Knowledge and a strong grasp of event marketing, media, and the entertainment world was her map in going through the advertising field.

De la Torre will focus on money matters with “Accounting Explained.” He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) having 17 years of professional experience in tax practices, lectures, seminars and trainings.
