Vietnam's beloved coffee chain, Cong Ca Phe, is set to make its debut in the Philippines this February. Coffee enthusiasts can look forward to experiencing its first Philippine outlet at Gateway 2 Mall in Quezon City.
Renowned for its distinct 1970s-inspired interiors and unique coffee offerings, Cong Ca Phe aims to bring an authentic slice of Vietnamese coffee culture to Filipino customers. The chain is known for its use of premium Vietnamese Robusta beans, which contribute to its signature coffee blends.
Founded in Hanoi in 2007 by former performance artist Linh Dung, Cong Ca Phe has grown rapidly over the years. It currently operates 66 stores across Vietnam, with a significant presence in major cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The cafe has garnered a loyal following, thanks in part to its creative twists on traditional Vietnamese coffee. Some of its specialties include coconut coffee, coconut green rice coffee, and coconut pho coffee, each offering a delightful and unique taste experience.
Cong Ca Phe’s international journey began in 2018 when it opened its first overseas outlet in Seoul, South Korea. The brand has since expanded its footprint to Malaysia, Canada, Taiwan, and now the Philippines. As of now, the coffee chain boasts 29 international stores, with 23 located in South Korea.
Cong Ca Phe expressed its commitment to maintaining the high standards of ambiance and beverage quality that have made it a favorite among coffee lovers in Vietnam. Filipino customers can expect to enjoy the same vibrant atmosphere and meticulously crafted drinks that have defined the Cong Ca Phe experience.
